The You Can Do It Foundation is a nonprofit media organization based in Mesa, Arizona. We exist to help meaningful stories reach the screen and reach audiences, whether that means producing a documentary, standing behind a filmmaker, or putting our platform behind an organization whose work deserves to be seen.
Our name
Our name comes from our spokesperson Rob Schneider's famous line, and it says what we believe: ordinary people can accomplish extraordinary things. It's a reminder that each of us has the power, and the responsibility, to make good choices and lift others up along the way.
We began by funding and producing stories directly, providing about $150,000 in grants in our first year. What has grown since is how much of our value sits somewhere else: in the relationships, media reach, and platform we can put behind someone who is already doing the work.
This is an evolution of how we work, not a change of mission. We are here for the same stories and the same values. We've simply learned we don't have to create all of them ourselves.

Personal responsibility
Media that brings people together and inspires compassion, courage, and redemption. Stories about hope and the human spirit that families can watch without a filter.
Filmmakers and creators. Nonprofits and foundations. Studios and production teams. Talent and spokespeople. Brands and sponsors. And the audiences who make any of it matter. Our job is to connect them around stories worth telling.
